Clal is pleased to announce the second cohort of the SPARK Fellowship to Ignite Organizational Innovation, generously funded by UJA-Federation of New York. SPARK is an 8-month program, running from October through June, aimed at helping synagogues and other community organizations build strong cultures of innovation, with the goal of continually intensifying the participation of existing members and better engaging those who are not currently members.
Designed for teams of professionals and lay people, SPARK will help your organization deeply understand those you seek to serve, train you in key innovation techniques, and provide coaching in change management. Twice in the course of the program, organizations will design and implement experimental prototype innovations for which they will have the opportunity to apply for grants.
