For Leaders
Stand and See
Cultivating Religious Pluralism in America Through Pilgrimages to the Holy Land
A Holy Land journey that touches the heart, opens the mind, and builds a generation of servant leaders who know that life—and faith—are almost always more complex than we know.
A Fellowship for Christian Leaders
The Stand and See Fellowship engages emerging and practicing Christian clergy in a spiritual journey that deepens their love and understanding of Israel and the region. More than a political tour, it is an immersion in history, theology, and the lived reality of pluralism. Participants deepen their appreciation for Israel’s sacred landscapes, explore the bonds between Christians and Jews, and engage with the future of the Palestinian people.
Through this experience, leaders learn to lead with passion, navigate complexity with compassion, embrace nuance, and serve with integrity, regardless of the issues or positions for which they advocate.
Why Clal?
We stand at a pivotal moment in the historic relationship between American Christians and Israel. Attitudes are shifting, and the response must be spiritual, not just political. Guided by Clal’s expertise in religious pluralism and Jewish wisdom, Stand and See offers a path of theological discovery that builds religious pluralistic leadership.
In a time of increasing polarization, we co-lead journeys that engage emerging leaders to embrace nuance, honor genuine difference, and celebrate a Christian faith that inspires courage, openness, and compassionate leadership.
